Job Description

The Mahopac Central School District seeks to fill the following anticipated part-time position for the 2025/26 school year:

Art Teacher (.8) – Mahopac Middle School/Mahopac High School

• NYS Certification in Art
• Experience with a variety of different forms of art including Fine, Digital and Applied arts
• Experience working with students with disabilities 
• Ability to teach the elements of art
• Ability to inspire students
• Willingness to participate with school and community art shows
• Ability to work Collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment
