Job Description

The Mahopac Central School District seeks to fill the following anticipated part-time position for the 2026/27 school year:

Living Environment Teacher (.4) – Mahopac Middle School

• Valid NYS certification in Living Environment 7-12 is required
• Experience teaching Middle School and Regents level students
• Knowledge of New York Science standards, Curriculum and instruction
• Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
• For the remaining (.6) of the school day, the candidate will serve as a building substitute
